Meet the entrepreneur

Martin Rose brings over a decade of experience in business operations and transformation. He has led teams, managed processes and systems, and initiated and led high-impact change projects — in SMEs, startups and multinationals. He has also advised 20+ CEOs and directors.

Martin holds a Master’s in Physics from Durham University and an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools.

Outside of work, he’s a lifelong martial artist, loves spending time with his daughter, and has lived and worked on three continents.

What we’re looking for

You may be the right fit for us if the business has:

  • Profits (or EBITDA, however you calculate it) in the range £1 million to £5 million

  • …or sales in the range £5 million to £50 million

  • Loyal customers or repeat business

  • Sales spread across many customers, not all in one basket

  • A good team working for you currently
